Whats to come in 2020

We want to say a huge thank you to the National Lottery Players for making our work possible.
We have repurposed some of our fund to send growing kits to young people who may be suffering from loneliness and isolation at this time.

We still hope to be able to have our camping trip later this year!
Join me for crafts in the Brome and Oakley Village Hall
A date for your diary – Saturday November the 9th, Brome and Oakley Village Hall. Coffee Morning and table top/jumble sale 10.00am – 2.00pm and we will be there making polymer clay creations!

Grow East Anglia will be there, and we will be making things with polymer clay. You can make your own rings, badges, keyrings and more.

It’ll be a whole lot of fun, and it’s free – so come along and join in!

Community allotment
Great for the allotment. A tiny pond means home for hundreds of frogs. They eat insects and are very beneficial
We work with Plot to Pot in Leicester at their community allotment, and hope to bring the ideas we’ve learned to Norfolk and start our own community allotment here soon.
Thanks Barclays!

Thank you very much Barclays Bank for the pens. We will be delighted to use and then recycle these.
We’re loving these ideas for re-using old pens from https://ecogreenlove.com/

Heritage Craft’s Day
Grow East Anglia were delighted to be featured at East Carlton Country Park on the 26th August 2019

We helped to provide a family fun day to learn about the history of the medieval woodland.
We hoped you enjoyed making needle felt fairies and dragons with us.
Green Space Day
We were delighted to be involved with in the “Get to know your green space day” on Clover Road, where we whittled spoons, met the local residents and had the chance to see a very beautiful but naughty raven!

New Workshop
We’re delighted to start renting a new workshop space.
It’s a little dusty right now, but we’ll soon have it cleaned and filled with balls of wool, paper, paints and loads of other craft materials for our workshops!
Maybe we can finally get our pottery wheel up and running.
Thank you National Lottery Players!
